PhD Diet Whey Powder

PhD Diet Whey Powder review

PhD Diet Whey Powder is a type of high protein blend that is geared toward dieters, athletes and bodybuilders. This isn’t supposed to be used as just a meal replacement. Instead, it is sold by PhD Nutrition in a number of different flavors in order to help people to obtain the protein they need in order to keep up with a healthful, balanced diet while exercising regularly.

This particular formulation is designed to be low in sodium, sugar and fat, while providing a premium protein boost. The official website for this product explained that it is appropriate for both women and men who are following a nutritional plan designed for weight management, as well as athletes and gym enthusiasts who are hoping to be able to lose excess body fat in order to enhance performance or who need to provide more definition to their muscles.

The flavors of PhD Diet Whey Powder each have a slightly different ingredients list as they contain different substances in order to produce the right taste. That said, when it comes to the protein and other more “important” ingredients, they are all quite similar. The ingredients in the Belgian Chocolate flavor of the product are: The PhD premium protein blend: (Whey* Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Concentrate (of which 80% is Micellar Casein), Soya Protein Isolate), Fat reduced Cocoa Powder, Waxy Barley Flour, golden brown flaxseed Powder, Thickeners (Acacia Gum, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Flavouring, Conjugated Linoleic Acid Powder (Contains Milk Protein, Soya Lecithin, Vitamin E), Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, Sodium Chloride, Sweetener (Sucralose).

In order to use this product, 25 grams of it must be mixed with cold water. The product provides a scoop in order to be able to measure out the right amount to mix with 175 milliliters of water. It should be shaken or blended for 10 seconds. The directions for the product also provide the option for a “super serving”, which is double the normal amount, using 2 scoops of the PhD Diet Whey Powder in 350 milliliters of cold water. That must also be blended for 10 seconds or shaken for that long.

The directions also state that this can be used at any time of the day and that users can take as much a three servings of it each day, in order to be able to obtain the level of protein they need for their doctor recommended dietary requirements.
