The site claims that this product provides users with a “scientifically-validated” ratio of BCAA, which is 45 percent leucine, 30 percent valine and 25 percent isoleucine. That 45:30:25 ratio is supported by clinical studies, says the official page for the product. It said that research shows that ratio is appropriate for supporting performance and muscle growth. Moreover, the official site also underscores its AstraGin content, which is supposed to help the body better absorb the BCAA.
BCAAs are essentially a specific group of essential amino acids. They play an integral role in the synthesis of protein, which is a required component of muscle growth as well as for the production of usable energy. These cannot be made by the body and must be taken in through supplements or food.
When you exercise, the BCAA within your body is used by muscle tissues at a faster level than when you’re idle. Therefore, by providing more BCAA to keep up with the increased requirement, a drop in levels can be avoided. This is beneficial in both aerobic and anaerobic workouts.
