Belly Fat Attack

Belly Fat Attack is a non-prescription weight supplement made and manufactured by a company called Natural Answers. This product is marketed as a fat burner that can be used by men and women dieters. It proudly promises that it will be able to attack unwanted belly fat, so dieters will be able to achieve their goals more easily.

Does it really work? Abdominal fat is, after all, often considered to be one of the most difficult types of weight to lose through diet and exercise. However, Belly Fat Attack is supposed to be made of a formula that will provide dieters with a regulated metabolism, fat burning, appetite suppression and overall improvements to digestive health.

At the time this review was written, the following ingredients comprised the Belly Fat Attack formula: Raspberry Extract, African Mango Extract, Resveratrol, Acai Berry Extract, Green Tea Extract, Caffeine, Apple Cider Vinegar, Kelp Powder, Grapefruit Powder.

Although some of the ingredients in this product can help to combat fatigue by increasing energy levels, and some are sometimes seen as potentially beneficial for good overall health, none of the ingredients in this formulation is proven as a substance that directly leads to fat loss. Therefore, there is no way for anyone – the company behind the product or dieters wanting to use it – to know if these ingredients will work or if they have been used in the right amounts to safely produce the desired results.

The caffeine and green tea can boost energy levels and help dieters not to fall victim to feelings of being fatigued, which is a top benefit of the highest quality diet pills. That has been supported by substantial research. However, none of the other ingredients have the type of evidence they would need to consider them proven or to have a reputable doctor recommend them specifically for reducing belly fat.

In fact, even if there was scientific evidence to support fat reduction – which is, as of yet, absent – there still isn’t anything to indicate that these ingredients could specifically target belly fat. The claims from this product are quite specific in saying that it will help a dieter to beat fat around their middle, not just on the body as a whole.

To take Belly Fat Attack according to the package directions, swallow 2 capsules daily before eating a meal or as recommended by a doctor. This is the maximum dose per day. That said, if you do take a pill with these types of ingredients, it would likely be best to take them before breakfast or lunch instead of dinner, to avoid issues of sleeplessness as a result of taking stimulants too close to bedtime.
