The official Modere website claims that this product will help to suppress the appetite in order to ensure reduced calorie consumption. At the same time it is designed to provide a protein boost that will support the growth of healthy muscle.
Modere SUSTAIN is designed based on the Mediterranean lifestyle, according to the website, though it does not explain this claim very well. It does say that it offers vegetable based proteins and Vitamin D3, but this is hardly a replication of that type of lifestyle.
The website suggests that while Modere SUSTAIN can be taken on its own, the user can get greater benefit from the product by taking the brand’s M3 Pledge. This essentially requires the dieter to use more of the products, though at a discount. This would involve taking SUSTAIN as well as the brand’s BURN and SYNC. Overall it’s far more expensive to take all three products but it does discount the total by $20 per month compared to the full price for all three products.
At the time this review was written, the Modere SUSTAIN ingredients consisted of: isomaltooligosaccharide, maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, medium chain triglycerides, natural flavors, rice flour, citric acid, tara gum, magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide, stevia, iron glycinate, malic acid, ascorbic acid, d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, zinc oxide, niacinamide, manganese gluconate, calcium d-pantothenate, retinyl acetate, copper gulconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, chromium niacinate, selenium glycinate, folic acid, biotin, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, aspartic acid, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.
To use the product, the package directions recommend that one of the product’s pre-measured stick packs – which each contain 25 grams of the product – be mixed into 6 to 8 ounces of either cold water or cold almond milk.
This product doesn’t appear to be much more than a protein shake that is designed to be filling and, therefore, make sure the user will fill up on this instead of eating more of other foods. It is advisable that a doctor be consulted before starting the use of this product to ensure that a nutritionally sound diet will be followed and that the ingredients are appropriate for your health needs and lifestyle. This product contains stevia, which has been associated with certain unwanted side effects among certain individuals.
