Next, you can’t have certain medical conditions and safely use intermittent fasting.  If you have issues with blood sugar – particularly low blood sugar levels – if you eat a diet that is quickly metabolized, if you have issues with various organs, including kidneys, or any number of other common health issues, this type of dieting can cause you to suffer exaggerated or new symptoms.
