Kinetica Thermo 5 is a nonprescription weight loss pill that is sold as one component of an overall “weight management” system. It is among a number of different products that are sold by the company that is behind the creation and manufacturing of these pills, Kinetica. The primary focus of that company appears to be on a range of different sports and health products, which include everything from the dieting category to bodybuilding.
Although there is some information about Kinetica Thermo 5 on the official website of the manufacturer, it is quite limited. That said, the manufacturer has gone to the extent of including a complete list of ingredients in addition to the quantity that was used of each substance in order to create the balance of the formula. This is a step that is taken by only a small percentage of manufacturers and it is a very helpful one for customers who are trying to make sure that they are making an appropriate choice for their needs.
Being able to learn the ingredients helps a customer to know if it contains anything to which they know they are allergic, whether it could conflict with a product they are already taken (prescription or not), and whether or not there is any scientific or medical evidence to support the use of that ingredient as a part of an overall effort to lose weight.
The Kinetica Thermo 5 formula is broken down into a number of different “complexes” that each contain a range of ingredients. They are as follows: Thermogenic Complex (L-carnitine, Green tea, Cayenne, Guarana, Apple cider vinegar, Bitter orange peel powder), Metabolism Stimulator (Acetyl L-tyrosine, Yerba mate, Cocoa bean, Alpha linoleic acid), Hormone Matrix (L-phenylalanine, L-arginine, Cinnamon powder, Chromium), Enzyme Complex Support (Vitamin B6, B5, B3, B12, Biotin), and Anti-Oxidant Support (Fennel seed powder, Ginger ground powder, Black pepper extract, Folic acid).
There are two primary problems with this list. The first is that it is far too long. The odds are that there isn’t enough of all of these ingredients to actually produce an effect. Either there is too little of all of them to produce any benefits at all, or there is only enough of some of them and the rest are all just substances that are being paid for, without any benefit.
The second is that Kinetica Thermo 5 is filled with stimulants and at least one of them has had a warning issued against its use by the FDA, which advised dieters not to try to lose weight with substances containing synephrine (which is found in bitter orange peel), as it can cause dangerous and potentially life-threatening side effects.
