Corrections

We work hard to get things right, but prices change, formulas get updated, and sometimes we simply make a mistake. If you spot one, we want to hear about it.

What to report

  • A wrong price, package, guarantee length, or shipping cost
  • An ingredient or dose that doesn’t match the current label
  • A study we described inaccurately
  • A broken link or an outdated page
  • Anything that reads like a medical claim or medical advice
  • Anything else that seems misleading

How to report it

Email contato@webflag.com.br with “Correction” in the subject line, and include:

  • the link to the page
  • what you think is wrong
  • a source, if you have one (a photo of the label, the current order page, or a link to a study)

What happens next

  1. We reply within 3 business days to let you know we got your message.
  2. We check what you sent against the original source.
  3. If we got it wrong, we fix it, usually within 7 days. Errors that could affect someone’s safety, like a wrong dose or a missing warning, go to the front of the line.
  4. If we can’t confirm the error, we’ll tell you why.

How corrections appear on the page

Small fixes, like typos or broken links, are made quietly. Anything that changes a fact or our take on a product gets a short note at the bottom of the page. A note marked “Correction” means we got something wrong. A note marked “Update” means something changed on the seller’s side, like the price or the formula. For example:

Correction (January 15, 2027): An earlier version of this review listed a 90-day money-back guarantee. The official order page says 60 days.

For a correction, and for other meaningful changes like new prices or a changed formula, we also change the page’s “last updated” date. Typo and broken-link fixes don’t change it.

For sellers

If you sell a product we cover and something on our page is out of date, send us the current information and a source, like your official order page or the current label. We’ll update facts that have changed.

We don’t remove accurate, sourced information on request, and we don’t change pages in exchange for payment or perks.

Health questions

We can’t give personal medical advice. If you’re wondering whether a product is right for you, please ask your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911.
